What gets accelerated with NetFire Internet Accelerator
The following things are accelerated with NetFire: Web pages, graphics and text. The following things are not accelerated: streaming media, secure pages, file downloads.

How does NetFire work?
The NetFire Internet Accelerator technology compresses text and graphics that make up web pages and stores them in an area on your computer. When you revisit a web page, not all of the elements that make up the page need to be downloaded over the Internet, so page loading and web surfing is much faster.

Will NetPenny Internet Service work on my computer?
NetPenny works on nearly all computer systems. The following system types are supported:

Can I choose my own e-mail address?
Yes, you can pick your own username at the time of registration as long as it is not already in use by someone else. Your username becomes your email address, ie. username@netpenny.net. Sign up will automatically suggest a username based on your first and last name, but you are welcome to change it to whatever you would like.

Where can I access my e-mail?
Our e-mail system is accessible anywhere you can get on the Internet at webmail.netpenny.net. NetPenny also supports the ability to download your email using Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or any other POP3 compatible e-mail software.
